Affiliate Programme Terms

1. Commission

You earn a commission of 15% of the gross sale price (the amount the customer pays, before our costs) on each qualifying eSIM purchase made through your unique referral link or code. Commission rates may be varied for individual affiliates by agreement.

2. When commission is earned and paid

Commission is recorded when a referred order is paid. It then enters a 3-day clearing period to allow the payment to settle and the refund window to pass. After clearing, commission becomes payable. Payouts are made manually, normally on a monthly basis, once your cleared balance reaches a minimum of £25. You are responsible for providing accurate payout details.

3. Refunds and reversals

If a referred order is refunded or charged back, the associated commission is void. Commission is only payable on completed, non-reversed sales.

4. Conduct

You agree not to:

• Send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) to promote your link.
• Bid on or use the “RoamFree” trademark or close variants in paid advertising.
• Refer your own purchases for commission (self-referral). Orders matching your account email do not earn commission.
• Make false or misleading claims about RoamFree, its pricing, or its services.

5. Suspension

We may suspend or terminate an affiliate account, and withhold unpaid commission, where these terms are breached or where fraudulent activity is suspected.

6. Tax

You are responsible for declaring and paying any tax due on commission you earn. Commission is paid gross; we do not withhold tax.

7. Changes
